Altair Microwave Planar Pac family of test fixtures are available in a variety of sizes and lead configurations to suit your testing applications. The T-1267 test fixture pictured is for a 10-leaded package with all leads active.
Planar Pac Test Fixture Features
One-handed operation to unlatch and open the test fixture cover.
Fast load and unload time. Loading of the device is accomplished by simply opening the cover, placing the device in the DUT guide, and closing the cover.
Individual spring-loaded push pins for each lead.
Spring-loaded package/lid hold downs that work with or without the device lid in place.
